full paper, please pay attention that open
access is essential for ACM publishing house.
The registration fee does not include APC. You
need to pay extra APC if you want to publish
your paper. The fee will be charged by ACM

Important update on the new ACM open access publishing model for ICPS!
ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the
ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here:

For 2025, ACM is subsidizing APC pricing for ICPS as follows:
The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a
lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a
lower-middle-income country and where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a
low-income country, no APC is required.

- The Author(Student) price is only applied for the paper whose first author is student. Student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.
- One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE proceedings copy. Additional paper registration precondition: The registered author should be the first author in both papers.
- Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. Abstract registration will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
- Delegate attends all conference schedules but neither making presentation nor having paper published.
REFUND POLICY
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
ATTENTION!
For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.
